VIP Entertainment Inc. has been booking professional exotic dancers for private bachelor parties and group events across Cape Cod, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, and all of New England since 1992. We are actively looking for Cape Cod area performers — local dancers mean faster response times, lower travel burden, and more bookings throughout the summer season. Cape Cod is one of the strongest summer bachelor party markets in New England. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, bachelor parties fill beach houses and vacation rentals from Sandwich to Provincetown every weekend. Having local performers changes everything — no long drives from Boston, no travel complications, and the ability to take last-minute bookings that mainland performers can't cover. That's the opportunity here.
Every booking is a pre-arranged private bachelor party or group celebration — beach houses, waterfront rentals, Airbnbs, and vacation properties throughout Cape Cod and the Islands. Shows typically run one to two hours. You perform for a group of anywhere from 6 to 20 guys who are there specifically for the entertainment. A professional driver accompanies every show for transportation and security. You are never alone at an event.
This is not club work. No stage rotations, no slow nights, no random walk-ins. Every booking is confirmed in advance — you know the date, the location, and the group size before you agree to take it. Most Cape Cod bookings happen on Friday and Saturday nights from June through September, with some shoulder season dates in May and October.
Our performers speak for themselves. Mila has been with us for over 10 years. Charlie for 8 years. Iris for 6 years. And then there's Morgan — who worked with us in the late 1990s, built a life, and called us back at 59 asking to return to the team. We said yes. She's still performing. You keep 100% of your performance earnings. VIP Entertainment earns from the booking fee paid by the client — not from your earnings. Tips are yours entirely. In a two-hour Cape Cod bachelor party show, experienced performers consistently earn significantly more than a comparable club shift. The audience is there for you specifically, which changes the dynamic entirely.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required. You'll drive to meet our driver at a designated location before each show. Most Cape Cod bookings are within reasonable driving distance of any Cape address — having a car means you can cover the full Cape Cod market from the bridge to Provincetown.
You must be 18 years of age or older. Experience is not required — we have worked with first-timers who became long-term performers and experienced dancers who weren't the right fit. What matters more than a resume is confidence, reliability, and a professional attitude. If you can commit to a booking, show up on time, and deliver a strong performance, we want to talk to you.
Cape Cod locals and summer residents are especially encouraged to apply. The summer season on the Cape runs hard from June through Labor Day — that's 90 days of consistent weekend demand in your backyard. If you're already here for the summer, the logistics practically solve themselves.
We also book private events on Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard throughout the summer. Island bookings require ferry coordination and early show times to accommodate the last boat back. If you live on either island or travel there regularly, those bookings are consistently available and typically tip very well due to the clientele. Mention island availability in your application.
